Your credit card will be billed monthly from the date you created your business account. For example, if you created your account on the 3rd of May your billing date will be 3rd of June, and the 3rd of each following month.
If something is too good to be true, chances are it is. Never release money or send items to anyone unless the transaction has been 100% verified.
